I know Chris Rock was humiliated but Will Smith lost even more, becoming the biggest clown/loser in Oscar history, all because of him being emotional like a woman and feeling he needed to "defend" his wife. Yeah and I can understand some people are sensitive to jokes that are of a personal nature, and they cant handle it well, but slapping in public is just poorly done, it may send a wrong message that if someone made a poor joke about a loved one then it is OK to slap someone

Given the same situation, I might even do the same lol but it isnt excusable though, I would probably be suspended from work, and require counseling and possible dismissal though it is highly unlikely

It's all very unfortunate really from both sides, but ain't no way I'm getting smacked on national tv and just taking it. Well I don't think Amerikkka is the only country sue happy, I seen a documentary and heard from other sources of how Asia (though much more in China) is so bad with suing too, as even citizens would rather ignore a victim (getting beat to death, robbed, dying, ran over, etc...) and act like you never saw it because of fear of being responsible for medical bills. Like hit & runs are prevalent because of fear of suing, even if you're not the person who done it and just a bystander doing a good deed being a human trying to help, the victim could turn that helper into HIS/HER victim making them pay for medical bills and/or other expenses smh. So most would rather keep to themselves and the guilty would rather let the victim die.

When I was first educated on this matter in a donghua where the MC let a woman be assaulted and chose to ignore it (until it ultimately affected him) because he didn't want to be responsible. I can understand that mindset about ignoring things that I'm not involved in and I'd probably say there is a fair amount of people in the UK who are the same. I wont go into details but I've seen a few things over time that were breaking the laws in my country but chose to ignore them and distanced myself if I was in any way potentially at risk. Some of those were due to a law that was made by prudes outlawing public sex in certain areas and or areas where would it could be seen by 2 or more people. Who am I to stop a couples fun time when they are experimenting.
The responsibility for medical bills is probably only one aspect where it is more than that which makes them want to avoid it. If you saw a person laying on the floor with blood coming out, would you take the responsibility of a persons life knowing that anything you do or do not do may cause them to die in your hands?
Personally, I've done CPR courses over time and that aspect is one of the things that would make me hesitate to do anything and the fact that if I see more than blood (bone, intestines + others) I'm probably gonna pass out like a weak bish.

The Success Of Mmpyrean Xuan Emperor still hasnt been finished even though the last episode of that was aired over a month ago. Then we have The Legend of Sword Domain which they've only subbed up to episode 19 when up to episode 38 is available. Episode 10 of Zhu Tian Ji still needs to be done and The Peak of True Martial Arts is only subbed up to episode 15 when episode 30 is available.

They're working on more than they can handle at the moment.

Yeah she looks young, but the novel is very descriptive and mentions how young she is multiple times and explains why she is arrogant, selfcentred, spoiled etc due to her age and her status as princess lol also she was wearing a very flimsy almost see through clothing

But the donghua did a good job of not showing what is in the novel :D
